My experience was not a good one, but it was not BW's fault. Placed a delivery order through the BWW app and expected it to be delivered to my hotel down the road. DoorDash is their partner, and long story short they never showed up to pick up my order. I called (pretty upset) and talked with a manager (James). I was pretty candid with him about my displeasure and had about a 5 minute conversation, ending without a resolution other than me getting a GM's name. 5 minutes later James called me to inform me the order was there and nobody picked it up. He made an attempt to find someone to deliver it to me, but wasn't able. He made 2 separate phone calls to me without any request by- all trying to resolve the issue. He truly went above and beyond and deserves a ton of credit even though there wasn't an immediate resolution available.
Just spoke with Tristan. We had a dasher miss part of our order. We put another order in for the parts missed and Tristan is helping to make sure that what was missed is picked up. I was super frustrated when we were missing most of the food but even though, it is no fault of the restaurant, they stepped up and did a great job at helping out.
I personally believe this place is great. With every place you visit, regardless of the service, there's a wait to be expected. I've gone here several times and the food is always good. To be fair, the only thing I order is the traditional or boneless wings with tator tots. The atmosphere can be a little too loud when there are sports events, but again, that's too be expected at a SPORTS bar. Also, sometimes it's extremely cold. Nevertheless, quick and great service.
Our server Morgan was fantastic! We were really surprised it was so dead but he let us know that it was because of the remodel. The food was delicious and they had a military discount! The Mac and cheese is definitely unbeatable! If you're visiting don't forget to make a stop at the best wing place in town.
